Practicing yoga brings many benefits for both mental and physical health. The classes incorporate breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. The practice, which originated in India around 2700 B.C.E. Yoga is much more than a trendy way to exercise. Our classes are appropriate for anyone new to yoga, anyone who wants a more gentle experience. We will follow the basic Integral Yoga format of poses, relaxation, breathing, and meditation.
